How to use

Once you open the pouch and expose the truffle to air, its rich black truffle aroma will begin to bloom. Without opening the inner packaging or wetting the truffle itself, thaw it under running water while still sealed in the pouch.

Depending on the size of the truffle, it will become semi-thawed in about a few minutes. Remove it from the pouch and shave using a slicer or truffle shaver.

We recommend using it while still semi-frozen. If fully thawed, the texture becomes softer and more difficult to shave properly.

How to Enjoy

Since frozen truffles have a different texture from fresh truffles, we recommend finely grating them with a cheese grater or thinly slicing them with a truffle slicer.

COLD SLEEP TRUFFLE®︎ is delivered via frozen courier service. Please place it in the freezer immediately upon receipt and keep it frozen until just before use.
When stored in a home freezer (which operates at a higher temperature than commercial freezers), the shelf life is approximately one month, so please take note.
For best quality, store it at the very back of the freezer to minimize temperature fluctuations caused by frequent door opening.
