Orders are typically dispatched from Tokyo within 3 business days.
If you require expedited shipping, next-day dispatch may be available. Please contact us via online inquiry form. Shipments are made on weekdays (Monday–Friday).

Truffle products such as condiments have a minimum shelf life of three months from the date of delivery. For detailed expiration dates by product, please contact us directly.

After opening, we recommend consuming the product as soon as possible.
