You can add an option that allows the recipient to choose a different product. This is recommended if you’re unsure about their preferences. *Please note that some products do not offer this product substitution option.

Choose the delivery date up to 2 months in advance
You can specify the desired delivery date for the gift, from the shortest (4 business days) to up to 2 months in advance, so it’s perfect for situations where the recipient may be away, such as on an overseas trip. *Please note that the e-card link will expire 14 days after issuance.
How to order your e-gift

Please add the item you wish to gift to your cart. A single eGIFT receipt URL will be generated for each order. If you wish to send gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each.
If you choose the option for product substitution, the recipient will be able to select an alternative item from the available options. -
Select a template (you can also upload original videos and photos), choose the background and text colors, and input your message to create your e-card.
The maximum upload size for videos is 10MB (approximately 5 seconds of video shot with a smartphone), and the cost will be determined based on the length of the video you upload. -
You can choose to hide the purchaser’s information from the recipient when setting up the shipping details for the gift. (In this case, the sender will be listed as “Nickname,” and the address will be FRESH TRUFFLE JAPAN.)
If the recipient does not claim the gift within the e-gift link’s validity period (14 days from issuance), the gift will be shipped to the purchaser’s address.
Customers using this service will have an account linked to their email address and password, allowing them to manage orders, check details, and issue receipts through the account’s management page. -
Payment for this service is only accepted via online credit card payment (immediate). Once your payment is completed, your order will be confirmed, and no changes or cancellations can be made afterward.
After the order is confirmed (e-gift URL issued), you will not be able to change the design or content of the e-card. -
Once the payment is complete, an e-gift receipt URL will be issued.
You can access the link through the LINE or WhatsApp icons on the link issuance screen and share it directly, or copy and paste the URL to send it to the recipient via SNS or email.
The e-gift receipt URL will also be sent to the purchaser’s email after the payment is completed. -
The recipient of the e-gift can access the delivery information input screen by clicking the “Receive Gift” button and submit the necessary details for shipping the gift.
The e-Gift receipt URL is valid for 14 days from the completion of the order. If the recipient does not submit the delivery information within this period, the gift will be shipped to the purchaser. The recipient can specify a preferred delivery date up to 2 months in advance.
The product price includes shipping costs, but international shipping is not available.
Due to the nature of this service, the purchaser will not have access to the recipient’s delivery information or selected products.
